Nicholas C. Rosen

Nick founded Big Apple Installations in January 2011, bringing with him more than a decade of hands-on plumbing experience and a strong commitment to quality and professionalism.



Nick began his plumbing career in 1998 at one of New York City’s largest plumbing supply corporations before entering the field as a working plumber. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to work on a number of significant New York City projects, including the JFK AirTrain, Queens Hospital, the Marriott Hotel at Kennedy Airport, and the Reflecting Pools at Ground Zero.

As owner, Nick oversees the day-to-day operations of Big Apple Installations, including scheduling, estimating, and overall project management. His extensive industry experience and dedication to the trade have been instrumental in building the company and establishing its reputation for dependable, professional service.

Jessica has been an integral part of Big Apple Installations since the company opened in 2011. As Office Manager, she plays a key role in keeping the day-to-day operations of the company running smoothly. Her responsibilities include bookkeeping, banking, recordkeeping, scheduling, and, most importantly, providing exceptional customer service. Her dedication and organizational skills make her an essential part of the Big Apple Installations team.

Hugh joined Big Apple Installations in the fall of 2018. With more than 10 years of plumbing experience, he has been an invaluable member of our team. His knowledge, skill, and dedication have made him a trusted leader and an important part of Big Apple Installations’ continued success.

Tajie C. 

Mechanic

Tajie joined Big Apple Installations in the fall of 2019. Since becoming a member of our team, T.J. has consistently exceeded expectations and demonstrated exceptional dedication, initiative, and a strong commitment to learning and mastering the trade. In recognition of his hard work and continued professional growth, Tajie was promoted from Junior Mechanic to Mechanic in 2025.

Jr. Mechanic

Anthony joined Big Apple Installations in the summer of 2019. Since joining our team, he has consistently demonstrated hard work, determination, and a strong commitment to learning and developing his skills in the trade. His dedication and continued growth have made him a valuable member of our team. In recognition of his progress and achievements, Anthony was promoted from Plumber’s Helper to Jr. Mechanic in 2026.
