Nicholas C. Rosen
Owner, NYC Licensed Master Plumber No. 2361
Nick opened the doors to Big Apple Installations in January of 2011.
Nick’s career as a plumber dates back to 1998. He began his career at one of NYC’s largest plumbing supply corporations. From there, Nick entered the plumbing field working on projects that include the JFK Air Train, The Queens Hospital, The Marriot Hotel at Kennedy Airport, and had the honor of working on the Reflecting Pools at Ground Zero.
Nick oversees the day-to-day operation of the company while also handling daily scheduling and all estimations.

Office Manager
Jessica has been with the company since it opened in 2011. Jessica holds Big Apple Installations together by managing the office. Her duties include bookkeeping, banking, record keeping, scheduling, and most importantly, customer service.
Hughan C.
Lead Technician
Hugh started with Big Apple Installations in the Fall of 2018. With over 10 years of plumbing experience, Hugh has been a great addition to our team.
Tajie C.
Jr. Mechanic
Tajie came to Big Apple in the fall of 2019. Since joining our team, T.J. has exceeded all of our expectations and has shown exceptional drive in learning the trade. Tajie was promoted from Plumber’s Helper to Jr. Mechanic in 2023.
